Said private contributions are so-noted and copyright of those private contributions belongs to the original author. All other existing textual and photographic content on the Sacramento County, California GenWeb web site is by this notice donated to the California GenWeb Project by Cathy C. Nielsen and all rights thereof (including, without limitation, copyright) belong to the California GenWeb Project for as long as the California GenWeb Project remains active. All textual and photographic content placed on the Sacramento County, California GenWeb web site by Cathy C. Nielsen after the date of this notice shall be considered to be inclusive of this notice and, as such, shall become the property of the California GenWeb Project for as long as the California GenWeb Project remains active. Cathy C. Nielsen retains the right to make modifications to said textual and photographic content on the Sacramento County, California GenWeb web site for as long as she manages that web site.
Should the California GenWeb Project ever become inactive and/or defunct, ownership and copyright of all textual and photographic content donated to the California GenWeb Project by Cathy C. Nielsen shall revert to Cathy C. Nielsen and this notice shall then become null and void.
