I'm trying to run down a rumor that my Great x 3 Grandmother (Smitta or Simonota Holman), a Wintu Indian from one of the Wintu Tribes on Cow Creek, near Millville (Shasta County) attended the Greenville Indian School. I've been all over this for some time now and have had no luck. So, would anyone perhaps know where they archived the student records from the early to mid 1800s time frame?
