The funeral of the late Mrs. Florence Tice, held yesterday afternoon from Muller's mortuary chapel in this city, was largely attended by friends of the deceased and the bereaved members of her family. Rev. George McCormick of the United Presbyterian church officiated at the services. Interment was in I. O. O. F. cemetery, where the body was consigned to earth with the ritualistic ceremony of the Women of Woodcraft, conducted by officers and members of the Monterey circle. Many beautiful floral tokens attested the high esteem in which Mrs. Tice was held. The pall-bearers were W. J. McGowna, Edward Littlefield, Walter Emery Sr., W. S. McGowan, J. J. Serano and E. A. Ryan.
