Old Timer Passes On In Hospital

John Kippenberger, 75 years of age, passed away at the Lassen General Hospital Thursday morning of diabetes. Kippenberger had been a resident of Susanville for the past 15 years. He retired a couple of years ago, after many years in the employ of A. Ray Needham. The deceased has no known relatives in this country although there is a brother and sister who came to the United States with him 66 years ago from Germany. Graveside services were held here Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Lassen Cemetery, but the Reverend J. C. Knudson.
